Overview
For ImmoScout24, webinars represented a critical lever for B2B customer retention, yet scalability was severely limited by manual processes. The strategic objective was to eliminate this operational bottleneck and transform the format into a measurable, automated acquisition channel.
I defined the product vision for an integrated event platform. By orchestrating CRM integration (Salesforce) and driving UX optimization, I created a 'Zero-Touch' solution. This massively reduced operational costs (-4h/event) and increased attendance rates by XX%, anchoring the channel as a central retention instrument.
